Orders are processed and shipped within 4-5 business days of purchase unless otherwise noted in the product description. Please take in mind that all of our items are made-to-order and it will take some time to produce it for you. We do our best to ship things to you as early as possible, but if time is of the essence, please send us an email and we will advice if possible.
Once your order has been shipped, the average transit times are as follows:
Bulgaria: 1-2 business days
International: 7-15 business days
Your order will be delivered for free by Econt Express for Bulgaria. For the rest of the European countries we use Express Postal Deliveries to the address indicated by the customer at the time of the order. The flat shipping rate is 14 BGN /7 Euro/. When the parcel is sent you will get a tracking number by email, so you can follow each step of the shipment.
Customs, Duties, Taxes (International Orders)
The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to customs brokerage fees, import duties, and taxes after the shipment reaches the destination country. Additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these government imposed charges and they vary greatly from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for information.
