HOW TO ORDER?

We accept orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. To place an order to the online store of KriArtee, the user must point the item he/she has selected and specify details regarding size, quantity and terms of delivery. The order is activated to the online store of KriArtee by pressing the button “buy”, which is located below the particulars of delivery of the item(s) concerned. COD is currently unavailable and all orders must be paid in full once placed online. Be sure to enter the necessary bank information to complete the payment process after placing the order!

An order is accepted when we expressly confirm your order by means of an electronic letter to the e-mail address you have indicated, in the form of a document entitled “order confirmation”, which states that we accept your order.
Orders received from users who have stated incorrect particulars upon their registration may be cancelled. KriArtee reserves the right to notify users of incorrect particulars or missing particulars in your profile when the orders are processed, and if it does not receive correct particulars from you within 48 hours, such orders will be assigned a “cancelled” status as being impossible to fulfil.
KriArtee may terminate the contract if an item you have ordered is not available for any reason whatsoever. If this is the case, we will inform you and will refund the full amount of the sum if you have already paid for any such item.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

We accept orders to be delivered all over Europe. Our standard domestic delivery time is up to 3 business days. For the rest of Europe the delivery times vary depending on the country of destination. It usually takes 5-10 days. Orders placed after 14:00 are usually shipped the next working day. Orders placed on Friday evening, during weekend or a national holiday, are processed and shipped the first working day after or when the payment is received.

PAYMENT & SHIPPING COSTS

We accept payments via all major credit/debit cards. We have partnered with Stripe payment gateway for your convenience.

The prices of the items supplied in the online store of KriArtee are quoted in BGN. All prices include VAT. All shipping fee will be added automatically during checkout. Please note that the fee varies according to the destination of the package!

 

We offer free delivery to Bulgaria for all Card payments. For the rest of Europe the flat shipping rate is 14 BGN /7 Euro/.

 

The shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

 

SHIPPING STATUS

Your order will be delivered by Econt Express for Bulgaria. For the rest of the European countries we use Express Postal Deliveries to the address indicated by the customer at the time of the order. When the parcel is sent you will get a tracking number by email, so you can follow each step of the shipment.
If the items ordered cannot be delivered within the stated tentative periods, we will inform you and will make an effort to implement the delivery as soon as practically possible.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

If you receive a defective or wrong item(s), please email us at hello@kriartee.com directly within 2 days of the package delivery date with clear pictures of the defective part. Send back the product(s) within 7 days of receiving your order. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange. Please note only regular priced items may be refunded! Sale items cannot be refunded. Limited edition items, worn items and samples are also not subject to return or change.

Due to hygiene regulations, we do not offer exchanges or refunds on earrings, all sales are final. But please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any issues with your order, such as wrong or defective item. 

Please be aware that viewing products on different device screens may give slight colour variations over which we have no control. Therefore, complaints regarding colour nuances will not be eligible for a refund or exchange too.

All returned items must be in a perfect, unused, unworn and undamaged original condition with their attached tags and labels on. It must be also in the original packaging, with the receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds will be made via a bank transfer, so you need to provide us with your bank account details!

Delivery costs are not refundable. They will be deducted from the total refund amount. The buyer is also responsible for any return shipping costs.

We reserve the right to deny any request for return, exchange, or repair.

IF AN ITEM IS CURRENTLY OUT OF STOCK WILL THERE BE A RE-STOCK?

We believe that consumer habits need to change. Less is the only way forward.
Therefore, all our efforts are focused on collecting and offering beautiful and useful products, in small limited collections. However, we will do our best to make more of your beloved pieces!

HOW DO I STORE MY JEWELLERY?

To ensure your jewellery long life we recommend you to handle it with care!
Keep jewellery away from water and chemicals, such as hair spray, perfumes, lotions etc., as they may damage the finish of your jewellery. Pulling the chains can cause stress to the connections causing weak spots or breaks, so be careful and remove your jewellery during physical activities. Jewellery with silver and gold plating changes colour over time. We recomend you to store your jewellery separately, in its original packaging, in a dry place.
